This training aims to prepare participants for Level II certification in five Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods: Visual Testing (VT), Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Radiographic Testing (RT), and Ultrasonic Testing (UT).

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

·         ✔️ Master the fundamentals of NDT methods

·         ✔️ Identify welding-related defects and their origins

·         ✔️ Use the appropriate equipment for each testing method

·         ✔️ Read and apply applicable codes and procedures

·         ✔️ Interpret test results and draft technical reports

·         ✔️ Successfully prepare for theoretical and practical exams under ASNT SNT-TC-1A standards

• No technical prerequisite required

• Experience in inspection, welding, or fabrication is a plus

• Commitment to attending the full 25-day online training

• Willingness to attend in-person exams as required

• Days 1 to 5: Introduction to NDT, Visual Testing (VT), weld defects, standards and reporting

• Days 6 to 10: Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT) – basics, types, developers, acceptance criteria

• Days 11 to 15: Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) – equipment, techniques, ASME standards

• Days 16 to 20: Radiographic Testing (RT) – sources, safety, film reading, simulation

• Days 21 to 25: Ultrasonic Testing (UT) – wave types, transducers, measurement, evaluation

A Level II certificate will be awarded by TOP SCOPE ACADEMY in partnership with IOTA CENTER upon:

·         ✅ Passing the general exam (closed book)

·         ✅ Passing the specific exam (open book)

·         ✅ Validating practical skills on real samples

·         ✅ Achieving a minimum overall score of 80%

The certificate complies with the ASNT SNT-TC-1A standard and is internationally recognized.
